I am passionate - really passionate about service and respect. We all work hard for our money and our down time is well deserved. So I believe we should all get great service when we go away. Furthermore I expect a degree of respect in return I offer the same.
If it’s right I make a point of telling the person. If it’s wrong - I don’t make a song and dance about it. Mistakes happen. It’s how they are dealt with that matters.
