We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Mill House is a comfortable and stylish two bedroom Oxford short let. It is located within easy walking distance of Oxford city centre, railway station, main University colleges and departments and the fantastic Westgate Oxford shopping centre. The spacious open plan living and dining room offer comfortable relaxation for guests, with a dining room table seating up to four guests. The kitchen offers everything you will need for a short stay of a few days, weeks or an extended stay. The bedrooms are located on the first floor as is the family bathroom. Bedroom one has a king sized bed and ample storage and the second bedroom has a standard double bed with ample storage. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. Outside there is a private courtyard garden at the rear of the home, with seating to enjoy alfresco dining in the warmer summer months. The home is situated in a quiet side street off the Botley Road that leads directly to the railway station and city centre. There is a pedestrian short cut to the Westgate Centre which is around a ten minutes walk. The River Thames is a few minutes walk away which offers lovely walks in either direction.

Mill House Oxford is in a fantastic location for easy access to the city centre, and couldn't be better placed for quick access to Oxford train station and the prestigious Said Business School - which are both only three minutes walk away. Oxford's rich culture is at your fingertips from this property with the Ashmolean Museum, Castle Complex and the Oxford Colleges within ten minutes walk or less, as well as Oxford's plentiful and varied restaurants, bars and cafes. As an alternative to the city centre, the popular enclave of Jericho is 15 minutes walk away. Jericho offers a good selection of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and an independent cinema.
