Moaps Farm is a home away from home not a golf club or the Ritz , though some guests visit there too, adaptable sorts looking for a variety of experiences, like breakfast in fields with a table cloth. You can have the farm kitchen for yourselves in 2021/2022, In these scary c.v. times, you may have the kitchen to yourselves, it is a household so not an empty kitchen , though I will do my best to absolutely tidy, you get two marble tables in the kitchen, along with 2 sofas and a chair, all matching ,I washed all the light blue sofa covers for your use this 2021, and will continue to wash everything for your safety

The Crown Pub ,Horsted Keynes (the next village) with a village green and cricket pitch has the best chefs from top famous restaurants at extremely reasonable pub prices, there is even a public footpath reaching the pub garden ,(an adventure?) not a short walk though., from this bed and breakfast many who say here over the years, love "The Coach and Horses", excellent food from best chefs too, another short drive up one road,
