Great base for exploring West Cornwall. Modern light 2 bed apartment in the heart of Penzance situated in a newly converted apartment block just off a semi-pedestrianised street with secure access and a lift. Newly furnished with comfortable furnishings. Minutes from all that Penzance has to offer. Restaurants, bars, quirky shops, gardens, art galleries and the famous promenade are all within easy walking distance. Close to car parks - free from 4pm to 9am, (some on-street parking available on surrounding roads). Railway station and bus terminal approx 7 mins walk.
Hi, I look after the apartment together with my great housekeeper, we can ensure you that your stay will be really comfortable and enjoyable. I have great knowledge of the local area and everything in Penzance is within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Quiet apartment on a semi-pedestrianised street with independent shops which will cater for all your needs whilst staying at the apartment. Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The stroll to the promenade takes about five minutes through Morrab Gardens, or maybe a little longer if you explore Chapel Street along the way. Easily walkable coastal path to Marazion (St Michael's Mount). Seven minute walk from train station. Several car parks two minutes walk. Car parking free in council car parks from 4pm to 9am.
