Our apartment is situated just a stones throw from Lincluden Collegiate Church, also known locally as Lincluden Abbey in a tranquilly discreet cul-de-sac. The Abbey, now ruins, was built circa 1160's, abandoned in 1700's & thereafter pilfered for it's sandstone to build the local pub on our street, The Abbey Inn! How about that for history?! Conveniently situated if you feel the need to quench your thirst or enjoy a game of pool with the Duke box on. The famous prime salmon river, The Nith & it's tributary - The Cairn are on the doorstep for any Angling enthusiasts, nestled in beautiful countryside with serene, scenic views amongst added tranquility. 5 mins drive to the town centre and D&G Hospital.
