*Please note that some road noise can be heard from within the apartment especially during rush hour* This is an immaculate and comfortable 1 bedroom basement flat in Wavertree, 20 minutes from the City Centre and 12 minutes from the Football Stadiums of Liverpool and Everton. The flat has a fully equipped separate kitchen and dining space with ample roadside parking available making this the perfect place for a short getaway. With fast WiFi, plenty of clothes storage space and a 'Netflix ready' smart TV, this apartment has everything you need to feel at home. (Please note that the TV does not have terrestrial channels) The dining space is spacious providing the perfect place for 4 to dine in. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, oven, kettle, sink, fridge freezer, pan, cutlery, crockery, utensils, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and a sofa bed providing plenty of space for 4 people to sleep. All bedding is provided for the sofa bed in addition to a mattress topper for that extra comfort. Please note: A 100 (GBP) security deposit is required for this property - refundable on the day of check-out.
