Ashton Cottages are beautiful modern cottages with super-fast wifi, private parking and gardens set within four acres of land, in lovely countryside between Cheddar and Wedmore with great road access to many local attractions

Hi! My family and I moved to Somerset in 2021. Having loved Somerset and the area around Wedmore for some time we finally decided to make the move here and are excited to share all this beautiful area has to offer with our guests. Ashton cottages are in private, separate grounds but are behind the garden of the main house and so my husband and I are close at hand to help you enjoy your stay if you need anything. I am a busy mum to three young children and we also have a Golden Retriever dog. Our guests are very welcome to make the most of the large field next to the cottages, we love racing up and down the hill, playing on the playground or enjoying the views, feel free to join in!

We have very easy access to the lovely village of Wedmore and the ever popular Cheddar Gorge with many great pubs and restaurants between them. Only slightly further afield are Wells, Glastonbury and Westom-Super-Mare with many attractions for all ages and tastes. Within a hour, you can get to Bristol, Bath, Wales, Devon, Dorset as well as attractions like Stonehenge, Longleat and many more! So if you want to relax or have an adventure - there will be something to suit everyone.
