Nestled within York's most prestigious district, this lovely one bedroom apartment is mere moments away from a selection of the city's finest dining establishments and bars, this apartment is an essential destination for those seeking a remarkable experience. This lovely one bedroom ground floor apartment has a living area space with a sofabed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, side and a coffee table. The kitchen diner is a high gloss modern kitchen with feature floor lighting and is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. A range of glassware, crockery, and cookware is thoughtfully provided. There is also a 4 seater dining table. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, complemented by side tables, lamps a wardrobe and chest of drawers that create an inviting ambiance. There is an ensuite shower room has a wall mounted mirror, vanity unit with basin, modern corner show with body jet shower adds to the sense of space and light. Amenities such as hair dryer, bed linen and towels are all thoughtfully provided. There is gas central heating. Please note: The bathroom for this property is an ensuite and can only be accessed through the bedroom. There is no parking provided however Nunnery Lane pay and display car park is a few minutes walk away. There is a quiet local pub on the corner of Drake Street.
