We have subdivided our flat, so we have turned our large bedroom into a self contained studio flat (with our own bathroom), meaning guests can enjoy the whole of the rest of the flat, and we just share the front door and the hallway. Everything you see in the pictures (a spacious 75m2) is for the guests private use, including private bedroom, private bathroom, large lounge, kitchen and balcony overlooking Bournemouth town. We do not enter these spaces and we only very occasionally see guests if we happen to cross paths in the hallway. The flat is in the vibrant Triangle area of Bournemouth, it is very close to some popular independent bars and restaurants, at the top of the shopping high street, while only being a very short walk to the beaches and gardens. A perfect location! Free parking is available in the gated parking garage - a parking pass will be provided. You MUST put the permit in the window and park in the correct space, or you will get a parking ticket! ** Please remember to leave the permit on the table when you check out. ** The flat is so central you probably won’t need the car unless you’re heading to the New Forest or the beaches further away. There are plenty of Beryl bikes and Scooters right outside the door, and discoverable on the Beryl app.
