Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via email with all the necessary information to check in at your leisure. Check in is from 4pm, unless one of our early check in options has been purchased. Check out is strictly 10am, unless one of our late check out options has been purchased. Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the key box code 7 days prior to arrival. Short Stay St Andrews offers you the chance to enhance your stay by purchasing optional extras. From a super early check in of 2pm to a luxury celebration hamper delivered to your choice of property so you are ready to pop open the champagne on arrival.

Discover Monksholm House, a spacious and inviting 5-bedroom property perfect for families, couples, and friend groups seeking a memorable Scottish countryside retreat. Monksholm House offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests, with ample space and modern amenities to ensure a delightful stay. Monksholm House is situated less than a 10 minute drive from the famous Old Course. The property boasts five generously sized king-size bedrooms, providing luxurious sleeping arrangements for all guests. With four Super King size beds which split into twins and 1 King Size bed, the property will ideally accommodate families, golfers and those working away from home. There are four well-appointed bathrooms - three of which are ensuite, the master ensuite has a shower and separate bathtub and then one family shower room and an additional toilet located on the ground floor - everyone will have plenty of space and privacy. The house features central heating and multiple closets, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Entrance is via a large vestibule where there is plenty storage space for golf clubs and luggage which then leads onto the fully equipped kitchen which is a highlight, complete with essential appliances including two dishwashers, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area, which comfortably seats everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the private garden with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 4 x Super Kings 1 x King, but the options available are 3 x Super Kings, 1 x Kings & 2 x singles or 2 x Super Kings, 1 x King & 4 x singles or 1 x Super King, 1 x King & 6 x singles or 1 King & 8 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option.

The house is 4 miles from the seaside town of St. Andrews, the home of golf. From the house, you can go walking or cycling using the farm paths to connect you to local routes, and quieter roads. You can also join the coastal path and explore the rugged coastal path of the Kingdom of Fife. The house is just over an hour from Edinburgh Airport and 95 mins from Glasgow. The surrounding area: You can walk along a safe wide foot and cycle path from the Farmhouse to St. Andrews or to Guardbridge, home of Eden Mill Gin. St. Andrews is not only the home of golf but it is also a brilliant place to explore with friends and family. It has a charming number of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are a range of activities in the area to keep people of all ages and interests entertained.
