Morton Mains Steading Cottage is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double with en-suite shower, ground-floor single, and bunk bed serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, and barbecue, and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Dartmoor National Park can be reached within 30 minutes' drive of Ipplepen, offering 365 square miles of rugged moorland peppered with isolated villages.
