Mulberry Lodge Guest Suite is quite literally a 10 second walk to the start of the Drymen-Rowardennan section of the West Highland Way, and less than a 10 minute stroll into Drymen village centre with pubs, cafes, butchers, local shops, and medical facilities. The Guest Suite contains: ° Two bedrooms on the upper floor (The Farmview bedroom has zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a superking OR twin beds, and the Nook bedroom is a double bed only, 140cm wide). ° Cosy lounge with an open fireplace, chess board, and TV. ° A beautiful spacious dining room with kitchenette facilities (kettle/fridge/microwave/toaster and plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware). Please note there is no oven, hob or dishwasher. ° A large bathroom with roll-top bath, double sinks and stand alone shower. ° A washroom on the upper floor. ° Storage area for coats, shoes and bags. ° Lots of little extras such as Scottish Soap Company toiletries, big fluffy towels, firewood, heated clothes rack, tea & coffee, treats, books, puzzles, board games, hiking guides, local information etc. ° A small outdoor garden area to the front of the Suite with a teak wood table and reclining chairs. ° Private entrance with key lockbox for ease of access. *** Please note that while the guest suite has an adjoining door to the main house, this is locked at all times and has been soundproofed. As far as we are concerned, it is a wall! And your stay will be completely private at all times.***

Mulberry Lodge is on a private estate, with no neighbors, and surrounded by woodlands and farmland - a perfect slice of the Scottish countryside with the beautiful village of Drymen just a 10 minute walk away - a perfect stop off for a mini-break or an overnight stay while you're hiking the West Highland Way (it runs along the back of the house into the farmers field) we are quite literally the closest house to the WHW route at the start of the Drymen-Rowardennan section.
