This is a One bedroom apartment, for couples only. This is a bright spacious apartment with a lovely Garden view on the first top floor. The apartment is situated only 100 metres from Paignton beach and pier. It is easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants and Paignton Train Station is only 1500ft from the apartment. There is a free on-site car park, with a private allocated parking space. Seasonal swimming pool open from 1st May till 30th September. Secure Gated access to the apartments. The apartment is a New Listing for May 2022. The Bedroom has a King size bed with an Ergoflex 5G Coolsleep Airflow System quality mattress. Hotel quality pillows and duvet with Egyptian Cotton bedding. Smart Flat Screen TV in bedroom. Portable Air cooler for the warmer months. Super fast fibre internet available throughout the apartment Bathroom with large quadrant shower screen and powerful Mira shower. Shaver point. Towel Radiator. Bathroom Towels provided.
