A cute Victorian terraced two-bed house, with sunny courtyard and gorgeous period features. Perfectly located right next to the riverside walk that takes just 10-15 minutes into the city allowing you to experience all of York’s wonderful history, attractions, bars and restaurants.

Well-travelled forty something with a passion to see as much of the world as possible. Travels with partner and highly savvy 14 year old. We live only round the corner and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or help you make your stay a fabulous one. We are both from York and have lots of recommendations of where to eat, what to do or where to just chill out. We have tried to leave a lot of this information in the Welcome Pack.

A nice quiet terraced street, situated right next to the river and 10-15 walk from the city centre. Parking permit street parking available. Please contact the owner straight away for this as you must allow 48 hours before you come to organise a permit for this. House is walking distance from the city centre but with plenty of buses and tier scooters close by. The neighbourhood is quiet with mainly residents and as such we ask that our guests respect this and keep noise to a minimum. Strictly NO parties.
