A newly refurbished cottage available for holiday rentals. Ready for June 2021, the whole property has been redone and we are currently furnishing it and finishing off the exterior. On a working farm near Girvan with wonderful views of Ailsa Craig and the Ayrshire sunsets. With 2 bedrooms it can sleep up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and one well-behaved dog allowed. Private garden with seating area and sea views, 5 minute drive to Girvan beach and shops and restaurants in town. This cottage is part of Bargany Estate, so as part of your stay you will have access to the beautiful Bargany Gardens (usually private) for walks. Bargany is a 10 minute drive away from the cottage. The space You come into the property through a back room with hard floors, good for muddy boots and coats. There is also a washing machine in this room. Through a door into the carpeted hallway, there is the family bathroom ahead of you, and the master bedroom to your right. Turn left into the main spacious sitting/ dining area with the kitchen at the end, and beyond the kitchen the second twin bedroom.

On a working farm just outside of Girvan. 5 mins to the beach and town, great walks nearby in the Ayrshire countryside. Turnberry golf course is just 10 minutes away as is Culzean Castle (National Trust property). As the property is located out of town on a working farm, you will need a car to get around. There is plenty of parking for 2 cars at the property. Please bear in mind the entrance driveway is through the farm, so a little bumpy (fine for most cars!) Guest access On the farm we have some chickens and ducks, we'll leave you some fresh eggs as you arrive (as long as the chickens are laying!). You'll drive through the farmyard and round to the cottage at the back, where there is ample parking for two cars and the house and garden is within a secure fenced off area, great for children and dogs.
