Company information

Newquay Bay Resort is a family friendly park, catering for couples and families only. We do not accept all male, all female or mixed groups unless by prior arrangement. Due to the countryside valley location, the mobile reception is weak or minimal on the resort, so there's a phone available to use in reception should you need iit when reception is open. The best network is O2; others are very limited. Free wifi is available in the the Venue Bar.

Property information

Newquay Bay Resort, previously Newquay View Resort, is nestled into rolling Cornish hills of Porth Valley, two miles from Newquay town centre. Porth, its beach and the beautiful Porth Island is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the resort and some of Cornwall’s most stunning beaches such as Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Lusty Glaze are within easy reach. The park has an array of facilities, all of which are free for guests. including the indoor heated swimming pool, with sauna & steams rooms to relax and unwind. The Venue club & bar is open 4pm -10pm, complete with our restaurant serving delicious family meals until 9pm. We will be reopening these facilities under the strict government guidelines and social distancing measures will apply. To avoid coming down the small country lanes to our resort please follow signs for Newquay off the A30 and follow the A392 towards Newquay. Once you enter Quintrell Downs please take the third exit at the roundabout and follow the road until you see signs for Porth. Follow the signs for Porth and go past the beach and up the hill where you will see signs for Newquay Bay Resort.
