We have been running the B&B for thirteen years now and have a lot of repeat guests which is lovely, people come as strangers and leave as friends and George my dog loves making new friends.

Our property was an old farm with about 16 acres of land that you can have a walk in, we have an orchard with a summer house and a pool (summer only) not heated and a hot-tub to use all year round. We have four bedrooms, all are king-size beds. Two are family rooms that can sleep two adults and two children, ages seven and above. We are also Licensed and have a small bar serving a selection of wine, spirits and beers.

We are situated in about 16 acres with a stream running through and a river at the bottom, we have an orchard with a summer house so you can while away the summer evening with a glass of wine. There is a Birds of Prey Centre a ten minute walk away, also two miles down the road is a very good Pub/Restaurant and plenty more in Thirsk. Just a few miles out of Thirsk is Monk Park Farm, a petting farm with all sorts of animals to look at. There is also the Herriot Centre, for all you who remember All Creatures Great and Small. We have market days on a Monday and Saturday.
