A spacious ground floor property in Porthcawl.
Located within a short walk (600mtrs) from the beach and town area (1k).
Close to local pubs and shops with a Chinese takeaway next-door.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PREMISES, not even in the small courtyard (please).
No same sex groups.
No party groups.
This property is not set up for children (due to the requirements that these sites require) if you decide to bring children it is at your own risk.
The host lives upstairs and the heating is controlled from upstairs.
The Apartment is located adjacent to the best Chinese take away in Porthcawl and a florist.
A short walk to 3 local Village pubs a Greggs and a small Co-op supermarket.
It's a short walk (600mtrs) from the beach and approx 1K walk to the main town area.
The beach and surrounding beaches are ideal for surfing, body boarding and paddle boarding.
On a main road with road calming speed bumps.
Parking is in an adjacent street across the road from the Apartment.
