The Newtown Apartment is a modern commercial building in Bo'ness very close to Edinburgh, Linlithgow and the Grangemouth Petrochemical complex. Less than 5 minutes from Ineos Kinneil Terminal and a 20 minute drive from Edinburgh airport. It is a light, very spacious property with 4 large bedrooms, dining kitchen area and a spacious shower room/WC. Perfect for contractors this property has been issued with a Scottish Government Short Term Letting Licence. With 4 dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the property this is a private, secure, alarmed property with 4 secure bedrooms with luxury bedding, wardrobe storage, central heating, free Wi-Fi and an LED TV in every room. A well equipped kitchen diner, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, dining table and two fridge/freezers. There is a large shower room/WC with spacious shower and electric razor point. Directly adjacent to local facilities, Scotmid Food store and the popular Barracuda Chip Shop we are only 5 minutes drive from two large supermarkets and opposite a local pub.
The apartment is above two shops with it's own private entrance. My wife and I own and operate the building and we visit every week to ensure the property is well maintained and clean. We are happy to help you with any queries and advice on how to access the local area and Scotland.
Only 20 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and with easy access to the M9 motorway this property is ideally situated for industry at Grangemouth and travel around Central Scotland.
