Built c1900, No.18 is small but perfectly formed! It is at the top of a steep hill (that's Holmfirth!) but there is a bus (every hour) and taxis are readily available. You can also go via Victoria Park. No.18 is perfect for two people. The living room is cosy and traditional with a gas fire for those cooler nights. It has a table and chairs, suitable for a laptop. WiFi is free to use and No.18 has a smart TV. The kitchen is compact and includes a fridge, washer, combination microwave oven, and hob. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. No.18 has a spacious and bright bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with a bath and electric shower. Your stay will be complimented with a welcome pack, which will include a variety of teas, coffee and some ‘essential’ Yorkshire extras. I leave some tips around the house, to help! As it’s a cosy, old cottage things aren’t where they conventionally are. So, please be nosy! You’ll find all you need and if you don't just give me a call. I leave my mobile number at No.18.

I love hosting! No.18 was my first home and so it’s so lovely to see it being enjoyed my guests and visitors to Holmfirth. I live close by so always on hand if you need me. No animals are allowed at No.18. No parties, and no smoking. No.18 no longer has a futon available, so a maximum of two guests can stay.

No. 18, Holmfirth is a cosy, quirky cottage - three minutes walk to the centre of Holmfirth. It's located at the top of a steep road, but benefits from beautiful views from the top (and the H3 bus runs up every hour!) Perfectly located for the Picturedrome, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Holmfirth Vineyard is only a short drive away. Cannon Hall Farm and Yorkshire Sculpture Park are apx 20 mins away.
