We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Accessed via a secure door and a communal alleyway shared with other on-site apartments, this quiet apartment offers privacy while being conveniently close to the town’s main amenities. The apartment is accessed through a communal secure door which is shared with another apartment in the building. Apartment 2 is located on the second floor. As you enter through the door to Apartment 2, you’ll be greeted with a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable super king-sized bed, two arms chairs, a dressing table and a Smart TV. Two internal doors lead into a kitchen and a bathroom. The fully functioning kitchen features an oven, hob, integrated fridge and microwave. There’s also a two-seater breakfast table in the kitchen to enjoy a homecooked meal or takeaway. The bathroom has been finished to a luxury standard which features a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower overhead. Unfortunately, there is no parking for the apartment. The closest free parking is at The Maltings and/or Quayside Car Park which are both within 5-minute walking distance. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, however, they must be fully house-trained, well-behaved and must not be left unaccompanied in the house. We do not accept dogs under 12 months old.
