I thoroughly enjoy communicating with guests and I am always at hand anytime day or night if I am needed. I feel first impressions are last impressions and they should come direct from the Host.

Property information

No 5 Roker terrace is one of the oldest buildings in Roker that has been modernised to a high specification. The five properties all have fantastic panoramic Seaview's. The apartments are located directly opposite the beach, from which Roker pier extends out into the sea, a stunning landmark that adds to the beauty of the shore. No.5 Roker Terrace being one of the oldest properties in Roker dates back to the 1850's. The building has been fully refurbished to a very high standard with the apartments set over three floors, all boasting fantastic Seaview's. There are restaurants and pubs all along the seafront which are dog friendly . The first floor apartments are dog friendly. All properties have their own parking bay.

Neighbourhood information

The area boasts several blue flag beaches and coastal paths, Roker beach being just a two minute stroll from the apartment. Roker seafront is a thriving hub of restaurants, bars and cafes. The marine activity Centre offers all of the usual water activities including kayaking, surfing and paddleboarding.
