Our close relationships with the owners of the properties/local knowledge and on-hand support helps to make sure you have the best stay possible. All cleaning is done in-house which is therefore up to the highest possible standard as it is a representation of us! We offer an extra personal touch by living local. If you do encounter any issues during your stay, we are only a short distance away to help resolve anything.

Hello and welcome to our lake side holiday home! The property is located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Parks, constructed in a New Hampshire style, two story, open plan on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lodge has been completely refurbished with new modern bathrooms, kitchen and quality appliances. Our large South facing private patio deck directly overlooks the lake, perfect for relaxing :) The open plan ground floor has a newly fitted modern kitchen, fully fitted with quality AEG appliances including oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The large open plan lounge/diner has almost an entire wall of double glazed panes offering uninterrupted views out onto the lake with large patio doors leading onto a large private deck directly overlooking the lake. Both inside and outside living areas comfortably accommodate 6 adults, with outdoor furniture for alfresco drinks and meals. There is a flat screen 50" ‘Smart’ TV with wireless internet connection for Netflix etc

Out and about you will discover the Cotswold Water Parks is an amazing place, more that 150 lakes over an area of more than 40 miles, with a huge diversity of leisure activities available for all ages to enjoy. On the water you can hire boats, canoeing/kayaking, inflatable rides, sailing, swimming, wakeboarding, windsurfing and waterskiing. On land there is angling, archery, fabulous birdwatching opportunities, cycling routes, walking routes, horse riding, paintballing, rally driving, golf, picnic sites and nature reserves.
