A card pre-authorisation of GBP 250.00 (for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&C's). For stays longer than 7 days, the security deposit will be released and requested again by our banking system (around the 7th day of your stay). Your bank may take a few days to show the original request has cancelled. We will NOT charge an amount from the GBP 250.00, unless upon check-out there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. **Any late check-outs are chargeable at our discretion.** PLEASE NOTE: If you require early access, this must be arranged prior to arrival. PARKING - You can park at the front of the property to unload however, please do not leave your vehicle in the residents permit parking spaces as you could be fined. There is one-hour and two-hour free parking spaces outside the flat on St. David's Hill, across the road on Haldon Road and around the corner on Richmond Road, Monday - Saturday from 09:00-18:00.
