Office opening hours - 9am - 6pm Out of hours - please email. * Check-in 16:00 - 22:00 * Check-out 10:00 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. If you arrive past 9pm, the office will be closed and unable to assist with your self check in until 9am the following day. *Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10PM and 8AM. *E Bikes/Scooters are not permitted to be charged or stored on any part of the premises including communal areas such as hallways, escape routes and pathways. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - We require completion of our reservation form which includes: Agreement to our T&C'S Provision of government issued photo ID - Booker must be 21 years or over. A card pre-authorisation of GBP 250.00 (for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&C's). For stays longer than 7 days, the security deposit will be released and requested again by our banking system (around the 7th day of your stay). Your bank may take a few days to show the original request has cancelled. We will NOT charge an amount from the GBP 250.00, unless upon check-out there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. **Any late check-outs are chargeable at our discretion.** PLEASE NOTE: If you require early access, this must be arranged prior to arrival. We cannot allow your belongings to be left at the property until our cleaning team have vacated the building. If Nomi Homes LLP requires access to the property throughout your stay, we will ensure someone from your party is present, unless it's an emergency or prior agreement by you.

This beautifully newly refurbished apartment, features an open plan living / kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a utility area. 'The Coffers' is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Budleigh offers - great restaurants, cafes and shops are just a short walk away. 'The Coffers' is located above Brook Contemporary Consultancy, and near by to Budleigh Salterton Library. **PLEASE ACCESS VIA THE STEPS AT THE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY** Brook's in at ground floor level. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher and a tumble dryer and washing machine in the utility area. We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tablets and bin liners. Fresh, clean linen is provided with one towel per person. *Extra guests GBP 20.00 per person/per night. Access is via a KEY CODE LOCK BOX - located by the front door. The ACCESS CODE is issued by email 2 HOURS prior to your agreed check-in time.

Neighbourhood information

Budleigh Salterton has a long pebble beach extending for 2.5 miles along the Jurassic Coast, from Littleham Cove to the west, to Otterhead in the east, where the River Otter meets the sea. Bathing is safe and the water clear, families can relax here, with the beach side cafes, beach huts (which are available for hire by the day or week from the TIC) and the rocks at Ottermouth giving parents and children plenty to explore. The beach facilities include: 3 Beach Cafes; Fishing; Lime Kiln Car park; Children’s Play area; Seafront with level walking; Toilets for the disabled; Dogs allowed on parts of the beach May to Sep and Part of the South West Coast Path. The Budleigh Salterton coastline forms the western most section of the Jurassic coast, and the cliffs on either side of the town are the unique Red Devonian Sandstone. Budleigh Salterton has a breathtaking bay within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and remains one of Devon’s most unspoilt towns, containing many interesting shops and attractions - so you can spend a day or longer in this beautiful town.
