Hello! We’re offering beautifully furnished ensuite rooms in a newly renovated 5-bed professional HMO, just 10 mins from Swansea city centre and 5–10 mins from the M4 – ideal for working professionals.
Each ensuite room includes a comfy bed, Smart TV, under-bed storage, clothing/shoe rail, and a desk with a chair – perfect for remote work or study.
Shared facilities include an open-plan kitchen/lounge with dining area and TV, designated cupboard space per room, a large fridge freezer, separate utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, laundry room with washer & dryer, and an extra guest toilet.
