Welcome to Northleigh, enjoy staying in this relaxing retreat with private hot tub in the heart of the fantastic North Devon. Ideally located to explore both the stunning north Devon beaches or venture down south to the south coast seaside towns and beaches. Why not stay in for the day and enjoy this recently renovated period house with modern features and the extensive countryside surrounding it. Dine, lounge or enjoy the private hot tub in the garden or the tastefully decorated interior.
The space
From the modern kitchen walk through the french doors into the spacious patio area with sun loungers, outdoor dining, fire pit and hot-tub in the beautiful garden space! The property has 1 x king, 3 x super king sized bed, 2 complete with ensuite. A large family bathroom with standing shower and whirl pool bath. Downstairs ample living space in the front room with electric fireplace. Underfloor heating throughout the whole house.
Guest access
Guests will be able to enjoy the whole of this property with a large private garden fully enclosed with 5ft fence. Parking free in the courtyard to the rear of the property just outside the kitchen. The house is located in a secluded area at the end of a shared drive with a local riding stable.
Other things to note
Free access to Chulmleigh Tennis Club facilities and 1 free swim/ leisure pass to The Mole Resort located 15mins drive from the house. There are many walks from the house along public footpaths in the surrounding woodlands. Please note the cleaning and warming of the hot tub can take some hours so might not be ready for the evening of your arrival.
Come and visit beautiful North Devon with its rugged coastline, enjoy visiting some of the best surfing beaches in the UK, such as Woolacombe and Saunton, or visit seaside towns like Appledore, Instow or Ilfracombe. Enjoy beautiful walks and countryside on your doorstep. Explore Exmoor or Dartmoor. 2 dogs welcome to stay in the house.
