Conveniently located in the heart of Kingsbridge albeit in a quiet location, this period property has been fully renovated to offer guests a truly luxurious home from home. Only a short stroll to local amenities and the stunning Kingsbridge & Salcombe Estuary, Number 40 presents an ideal base to explore the South Hams, an Area of Natural Outstanding Natural Beauty; whether that be to visit its national award winning sandy beaches or the breathtaking moors.
I relocated to Kingsbridge from Hong Kong some 11 years ago and can honestly say it is the most beautiful part of the world I have lived in. My husband Paul has owned the property for 21 years and together we instructed a complete renovation of the property to accommodate holiday guests. Our children & grandchildren live in the area and we are very happily ensconced in this friendly town.
