There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an open fire. The kitchen appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, while for your entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fire, and bed linens are included in the rent, and you will also find highchair, cot, travel cot and stairgate available. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with decking, a patio, a bar, a barbecue and furniture. The property accepts pets, however it does not allow smoking and there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200. Please note that there are steps down to the back garden so please take care. Find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles and a beach in 0.3 miles. Nyth Y Fran is a fantastic base for a break to the Welsh seaside. Note: The outside log burner is not in use.
