Oak House is a 4 bedroom detached house situated in the quaint village of Reighton. The property overlooks a quiet village green, with a small lawn at the from and patio area at the rear for outside dining. The garage has been converted to a bar and games room offering a pool table, darts, table football, table tennis, projector for moving watching and a fridge freezer. The ground floor has large living room area with 2 corner sofas, log burner and a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Sky included, the dining room has a large dining table that seats 10, downstairs WC, utility room with washer, dryer and a large cupboard for shoes and coats. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, slow cooker etc. The first floor comprises of the master suite, which has a Super King size bed with en-suite, 2 further bedrooms that have a double bed with single bunk over head, a spacious family bathroom with separate bath and shower. The second floor comprises of a further master suit, with a King size bed and spacious en-suite. All bedrooms have a 43 inch Smart TV. We have a travel cot on request and high chair. The property also comes with free WiFi and is dog friendly, with bowls, poo bags, treats and towels provided. The garden is also secure for dogs to roam safely.

Me and my husband want to make sure that our guests have an enjoyable stay, in what once was our family home. We love our family and our pups, we spent many happy years living in Oak House. Hours spent as a family walking through the fields and down country lanes, going for bikes rides and enjoying the beaches around us. Rainy days were spent playing games and watching movies with the log burner keep us cosy. We want people to fall in love with Reighton, just like we did.

Reighton is a quaint historical village, with a wonderful community of friendly local people. The village is quiet and away from busy traffic, it has plenty of places to walk with the family or your furry friends. Reighton is on the main coastal road from Bridlington to Whitby. There are a number of beaches and places that you can visit, some more local than others, such as Reighton Gap, Hunmanby Gap, Flamborough, which has a working light house and rock pools, Bempton Cliffs, which is famous for the Puffins and the abundance of wildlife, that attracts visitors from all over the world. You also have your seaside towns, such as Bridlington, Filey Scarborough, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby to name a few, which are between 10 minutes to an hours drive. There are lots of places to explore but if you find ,your having a rainy day, then why not relax in the games room or chill in front of our log burner on those colder days and nights by watching a movie or playing games.
