With uninterrupted sea views this gorgeous apartment enjoys an unapparelled position overlooking Mumbles bay directly opposite the promenade. With floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/ kitchen the sea views are second to none! The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan lounge with sofabed, kitchen, diner making this a truly unique property in which to stay. Fully renovated and interior designed (Sept '24) in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes.
The lounge and master bedroom each have a 55 inch smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Mumbles is a bustling seaside town with a vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The George pub is located right next door for lunch and evening meals and a great brunch spot is located less than 20m away at Full of Graze. Several grocery stores are within a ten minute walk and Mumbles bay and promenade are located opposite the apartment.
