Situated on the first floor of a recently renovated Victorian building, my stylish, well-presented one bedroom flat is in an ideal location just off Torbay Road in Paignton which has a wealth of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Paignton seafront, Vue Cinema, and the Geo Park are all only a five minute walk away, as is Paignton Railway Station. My flat is clean, tidy and comfortable with a modern B&B feel. It has WiFi, a recently fitted and spacious kitchen which is fully equipped including a Tassimo coffee machine, a lounge with a sofa bed and dining table and chairs, a bedroom with a new double bed and mattress topper, hair dryer and towels, and a shower room with toiletries available for guests.. The flat is entirely yours during your stay - no shared bathrooms! I hope you will enjoy your stay at my flat and have fun exploring Paignton and the surrounding areas! Please note: there is currently no TV signal at the property but you can connect to TV streaming services using the WiFi and flat screen TV in the bedroom.

Plenty to do, both during the day and at night, whether it's a drink in one of the many cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area, or a walk to the sea front or down to the harbour. Paignton Zoo and Brixham are both easily accessible via Paignton Bus Station which you can walk to in five minutes from my flat. Even closer to my flat is Paignton Railway Station which has excellent links to Torquay (four minute train journey), Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Dawlish Warren, and Exeter.
