The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room and two king-sizes, all with TVs along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and hot tub, and off-road parking is available. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beck and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is arguably one of the finest areas for walking in the region. With limestone pavements and scars, caves and open moors, the area has a wealth of natural interest and there are wonderful cycle tracks and walks on the doorstep. Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel for something a little more special, as well as a shop and Post Office for visitors’ daily requirements. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.
