Orles Barn dates from the 14th century when it was one of a number of farm buildings on this site. The only surviving part of the original structure is the former apple store. The low wall that edges the front lawn is the remains of a long building in which wooden clogs were once made for locals and passing workers. There are five charming rooms that feature Laura Ashley wallpaper and fabrics, and Farrow & Ball and Little Green colours, which are named after locally grown apple varieties, each with modern en-suite bathrooms and comfy beds. We can accommodate owners who would like to bring their furry friend in the Ground Floor Suite ONLY!(charges apply) Enjoy a relaxing drink in our cosy Lounge where an honesty bar is offering a range of spirits and wines. ​ We would like to advise that there are building works undergoing on the the plot of land behind Orles Barn therefore there will be some level of noise between 8am and 5/ 5:30pm.(although they haven't been doing any work since March)
