Nestled on a quiet spot along the waterfront our newly renovated and refurbished property seamlessly combines modern luxury with coastal tranquillity. Once a guest house during Rothesay's bygone era this split level property has 3 bedrooms, master with en-suite and private gardens to the front and rear.
Otterburn House is just a 6 minute walk along the promenade, with on street parking with a bus stop just a minute from the front door for easy access to public transport.
