Our Holiday House Yorkshire offers a beautiful self-catering cottage in the working village of Bentham, North Yorkshire. The cottage is a cosy two bedroomed stone built holiday home that sleeps up to 4 people. It has all the comforts from home including a comfy lounge with log burning stove.
The Cottage is located in the centre of High Bentham and is ideally positioned for all of the local amenities and train station. The back of the property looks onto the ‘Bentham Auction Mart‘ and the world famous ‘Hoggs’N’Heifers‘ hostelry; you can buy a sheep and have a pint, both within 20 yards! Please be aware that there isn’t any off road parking with this cottage, however there is an abundance of free parking within a maximum of 5 minutes walking, please see details at the bottom of this page.
Bentham is Ideally positioned as a base for the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, the Forest of Bowland; it is a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.
