"Owlhoot Annexe" affectionately named after our resident Bengal Eagle Owl, "Benny" is a detached, single storey, one-bedroom, modern barn-style conversion nestling in the heart of a Suffolk village.
WE DO TRY TO ACCOMMODATE 1 NIGHT REQUESTS WHERE POSSIBLE - PLEASE MAKE AN ENQUIRY IF YOU CANNOT BOOK AS A SINGLE NIGHT!
I will be available via phone or email to assist guests with any problems or needs. I will also try and be available in person throughout your stay.
PLEASE NOTE - If you do need a later check out please let me know as I do try and accommodate guests' requests.
PLEASE NOTE Owlhoot Annexe is fully certificated for both gas and electrical safety.
The TV is Smart 50 inch. It has all Smart features i.e. Sky, Prime Video, You Tube, Netflix etc. You will need your own Netflix Account!

There is a local bus service to Sudbury, Lavenham, Bury St Edmunds and Long Melford. We are approximately 2.6 miles from Sudbury train station servicing London.
There are many cycling and walking routes near-by.
The river Stour for canoeing and boat trips is within a 3 mile radius and is bookable by visiting/contacting the "Henny Swan".
