We are located in a residential area with regular neighbours. As such, we operate a strict noise policy and have noise sensors throughout the property. While we welcome social gatherings and encourage you to have a great time, parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Please respect the peaceful environment, as disruptive behaviour will result in the cancellation of your booking. Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, our property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors (no audio is recorded). • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors after 10 PM. • If noise remains high for a prolonged period, guests will receive automatic reminders: • 10 minutes: Gentle reminder. • 20 minutes: Another reminder + notification to us. • 30 minutes: We may need to intervene, including involving security, which in rare cases could lead to cancellation of your booking. • By booking, you agree to respect our noise policy and the local residential environment.
