We specialise in serviced accommodation across the Midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. The kitchen is designed for everyday living and the bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat with plenty of room to relax.IMPORTANT: We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit.
