Hi, we are Alison and Brian both from Scotland but currently spending a lot of time in Cyprus though our Family and Grandkids do draw us back to Scotland and Paisley more and more. We have just spent 4 months over the winter mainly preparing this apartment for our guests, and after a lot of hard work we truly hope our guests will enjoy a lovely experience during there stay.

Property information

This Lovely apartment in Central Paisley is our latest listing and only now available for rental since 15th March 2018. The apartment has just been fully refurbished and features everything that will make your stay a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We now offer in the lounge a 50inch LG SMART TV with all Freeview HD channels and streaming services like NETFLIX, BBC IPLAYER, ALL 4, and all catch up services. There is also a high-quality LG Soundbar with Subwoofer which offers full Bluetooth connection for all your Smartphone music files. – There is also LED backlit MOOD LIGHTING behind the TV screen which you can change to any colour you wish via remote control. There is also USB wall socket connection throughout the apartment to easily charge all your devices in every room. Our separate kitchen features new Ceramic 4 ring Hob, Electric Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge Freezer, 8KG washing machine with fast 28-minute economy wash programme and 1200 rpm spin speed. An Iron and Ironing Board is also available for your use. The bedrooms also feature USB sockets for your Devices with another 32inch SAMSUNG SMART TV in the master bedroom again with all Streaming

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in a very Central Paisley location on Kilnside Road and 8 to 10 minutes drive from Glasgow International Airport and the M8 Motorway with easy links to all of Central Scotland and of course Glasgow. Nearby is an abundance of restaurants and bars with the award winning Trattoria Genova Italian restaurant less than a 2 minute walk away. On nearby Glasgow Road there is a choice of Indian, Chinese, kebab, Pizza and Fish and Chip take-away restaurants plus bakeries and again very nearby a large Tesco Supermarket. Visiting Glasgow is also easy with Gilmour Street Station only 7 minutes walk with trains every 10 minutes into Glasgow central station and the heart of Glasgow City. The Famous Paisley Abbey dating back to 12th Century and buriel place of Scottish Royalty is a few minutes walk away. In Summary, we offer a lovely apartment in probably the best Central location in Paisley.
