Park View Rooms and Relaxation is situated in the historical heart of Paignton, next door to The Palace Theater and overlooking Palace Avenue Park. The property was once a dentists and has been extensively renovated (2021) to provide clean modern luxury accommodation that meets the high standards of today's discerning guests. All bedrooms are en-suite, have king-size beds and the use of a shared kitchen/dining room for the duration of your stay. The rooms adhere to the latest building regulations for fire and sound proofing ensuring your stay is safe and relaxing.

Paignton's old town was once a small fishing village where the Bishops of Exeter had their summer palace, hence the name Palace Avenue. The Coverdale tower still remains to this day on the old wall of the Bishops Palace and Kirkham house the oldest property in Torbay is just around the corner.
