The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Welcome to our stylish modern, yet cosy, former show home. With 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a spacious living area, our 3 storey townhouse provides a comfortable space for 6 guests.
Just a 6 minute walk from picturesque Deddington with independent shops & pubs and easy access to The Cotswolds and Soho Farmhouse.
Our home provides the perfect base for family, friends or colleagues to relax, explore the area and enjoy village life with all the comforts you’d expect from a quality stay!
GROUND FLOOR:
Step into the hallway through to the bright & airy living room with comfy seating for 6, Smart TV (own subscriptions required for streaming) and French doors leading out into the private rear garden.
Open plan kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, small double oven, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge freezer. Separate dining area seats up to 6.
Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
Downstairs WC is located in the hallway for your convenience.
FIRST FLOOR:
Master bedroom with dual aspect windows, super-king bed, dressing area with huge built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure.
2nd bedroom offers a double bed with hanging and shelf storage.
Separate family bathroom with bath (no shower), sink & WC.
SECOND FLOOR:
3rd bedroom offers a double bed with hanging and shelf storage.
A separate shower room with WC for your convenience.
4th room: dedicated study with office desk, chair and monitor.
OUTSIDE:
Beautifully landscaped private rear garden with a patio featuring outdoor seating.
Parking directly outside the single garage for 2 cars at the rear of the property.
Perfectly located just a few minutes walk from Deddington centre with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The Great Tew Estate & Soho Farmhouse is a 12 min drive, Blenheim Palace is 10 miles away and Bicester Village Designer Outlet is 12 miles.
Our home is also in the ideal location for visiting The Cotswolds.

Eagles farm shop is a popular deli for great fresh local produce. The Red Lion does great fish & chips. The Deddington Arms also has a great reputation for food, book ahead to avoid disappointment!
Deddington Castle grounds, an English Heritage site, is less than a 10 minute walk away. Soho Farmhouse (members only) is 8 miles away, Great Tew Estate is a 12 minute drive for countryside walks (we recommend Falklands Arm pub and Quince & Clover café) and Bicester Village Designer Outlet is 12.5 miles away.
