The property is accessible via a bright yellow door, number 63 Hazelwood Avenue. This is a private entrance and leads you straight into a the central hallway. The master bedroom is at the front of the property and contains a super king size bed, as well as a desk space for either working at or getting ready for the days activities. The second bedroom is at the rear of the property and contains a double bed and also space to store personal items. The living / dining area is also accessible from the central hallway. With two comfortable sofas, a dining table, TV and also a cupboard full of fun family favourite games, this space if perfect for everyone to relax in. There is an indoor fireplace as shown on the amenities which gives the place a cosy cottage feel to it. The fire is however for decoration purposes only. The kitchen and bathroom are both at the rear of the property. They are both good sizes and have many key amenities to make your stay at my flat comfortable and convenient. There is a private yard at the rear of the property for you to enjoy. Hopefully you arrive on a bright and sunny day and you can enjoy the outside space. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
