My home is a lovely modern Cotswold stone house, located in the picturesque village of Andoversford, surrounded by rolling hills, and a perfect base for friends, families & couples. Comfortably sleeping 8, it has 4 bedrooms with 2 king sized beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and has been tastefully furnished throughout. The property has a garden & two free parking spaces. The space My home is a perfect base whether you want to spend time relaxing in the village, going for one of the many local walks, or using as a base to visit Cheltenham or exploring the Cotswolds. The property spans three floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. Step into the front door entrance and through the hall you will find a good sized living room, with plenty of comfy seating for all, together with, Smart TV. The living room has double french doors opening out to a decked garden, complete with garden furniture. There is a separate kitchen diner, which is fully equipped with built in fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and the other with two single beds, together with a family bathroom, and overhead shower. The second floor offers two further bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, along with an en-suite and one with a double sized bed. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. At the front of the house there is a small gravelled garden, to the back is an enclosed, decked garden with a table, chairs and parasol. The secluded private garden allows for morning coffee in the sun, and is the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day exploring! Well behaved pets are allowed on request. Please give details when making your booking to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee per pet.

Located in the picturesque Cotswold village of Andoversford, just 6 miles outside Cheltenham and with great access to Cheltenham racecourse, the Cotswold's, Oxford and Bristol. Beautiful walks right on the doorstep, a village shop, post office and 2 pubs in walking distance; the Royal Oak and the well known Frogmill. The village is on the River Coln, and has many lovely public walks of the surrounding area, including Cleeve Hill and Crickley Hill Country Park. Andoversford village is in an area of natural beauty, surrounded by rolling hills. It is conveniently located to Cotswold villages such as Bourton-on- the-water (15 mins), Sto-on-the-Wold (18 minutes), Bibury (20 minutes) and Winchcombe (18 minutes). Cheltenham racecourse is accessible in 15-20 minutes, Cirencester 25 minutes and Stroud 30 minutes. Oxford and Bristol both accessible in under an hour. Getting around There is free parking for two cars. Two private parking spaces are available at the back of the house. If further parking spaces are required, there are plenty of on road, free spaces within a very short walk from the house. There is a bus stop within a minute's walk from the house that will take you into Cheltenham, or it is just a 10-15 minute drive in.
