Enjoy a break at this modern, well-presented two-bedroom family home. Located just 2 miles from the centre of Shrewsbury. Within the loop of the River Severn and its timber-framed buildings, Quarry parkland, back street shops, bars and eateries, Shrewsbury is oozing with history and there is something for everyone. We are also a few minutes drive from the A5/M54 providing easy access to the whole of Shropshire and West Midlands and a short drive from the AONB Shropshire Hills. Located on a modern development our home benefits from a generous spacious lounge with a stylish dining area. There is a 50" TV which includes all of the major channels and Netflix. From the lounge, patio doors lead out to the garden, where there is an outdoor dining area. We have a downstairs cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with Tassimo Coffee Machine and slow cooker, for those winter months. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Our master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds plus there is a family bathroom. The property also benefits from off-road parking for two cars, to the side of the house. So whether you are friends, family or looking for a home from home while working away from home, Hendricks Crescent is the perfect stay. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

A 10-minute drive from the house will take you into the historic town of Shrewsbury, which has a whopping 600 listed buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries. Unfortunately in the 1960s, some historic buildings were demolished to make way for a very different architectural style and I am sure you will spot these buildings. A walk past the train station, castle, and old library building is worth seeing if you like historic buildings. If you follow the river, you will come to The Quarry Park, which is a beautiful 29-acre parkland providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy walks, picnic, or play a game of ball with the family. At the heart of the Quarry lies the Dingle, a floral masterpiece cultivated by world-renowned gardener Percy Thrower, who served as Parks Superintendent for 28 years. It's a delightful sunken garden landscaped with alpine borders, shrubbery, and charming water features that is worth a wander around. Attingham Park Mansion and Grounds which is a National Trust is a 10-minute drive and Love 2 Stay has Coldwater Swimming, Children's Play Area and Cafe. We are within walking distance of Montgomery Waters Meadow - The home of Shrewsbury Town football club.
