Enter the living room, where a large L-shaped sofa awaits with a cosy dual aspect log burner, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring. The fully equipped kitchen-diner boasts modern amenities including a Nespresso machine (please bring your own pods), range cooker, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. The breakfast bar and dining table provides ample seating for enjoying meals together in comfort. For your convenience, there is a shower room with WC downstairs and utility room offering direct access to the private enclosed rear courtyard with seating, ideal for al fresco dining and accommodating up to 3 of your furry friends. Upstairs, unwind in two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds and hanging & shelf space, along with a 3rd cosy single bedroom.
