Stay here in modern style and comfort, while at the same time looking after the environment. Every aspect of the building was designed and built with both the environment and luxury in mind, creating a delightfully homely and spacious abode. With a locally-sourced timber frame, solar panels that produce more green electricity than the cabin uses, sheep's wool insulation and more, this place is carbon negative. For those with an electric vehicle there is an EV charger attached to the house. The cabin is fully self-contained, with everything you could need including a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Upon arrival, you will also find a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, eggs, bread, milk, butter, jam and traditional Welsh cakes. Patagonia is the perfect place for relaxing, escaping to the countryside, or just getting away from busy, hectic lives for a few days. It is situated near the historic town of Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, and the picturesque Wye Valley, known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, horse-riding and kayaking. There are plenty of walks in the immediate area. The Wye Valley Walk is close by and the Brecon Beacons National Park is just 24 miles away. To enjoy stunning views, take the drive up to the Elan Valley Lakes and along the Aberystwyth mountain road.
