Minster Farm is a former farm in Much Birch, south Herefordshire and north of Ross on Wye. Penburren (The Annexe) is a new contemporary living space in a converted outbuilding, which like the farm itself dates back over 150 years. Much Birch is a rural, yet well connected village, being located mid-way between Ross-on-Wye and Hereford on the A49, near to the River Wye AONB. We are ideally situated with easy access to Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Forest of Dean, Malvern Hills, and the Cotswolds. Penburren may accept pets on occasion, but please contact to discuss in advance. There is a small 2 seater wood fired hot tub in the garden area, and is available for use at an extra charge. Please message in advance if you would like to hire the hot tub, and wish it to be filled and heated prior to your arrival. Please be aware, that the hot tub is not available for one night only guests.

We are located at the junction of the A49 and Wrigglebrook Lane in Much Birch The Annex is located between Hereford and Ross on Wye in the village of Much Birch. There is a convenient bus stop less than a minute away, which will take you north to Hereford city, or south to Ross on Wye as well as Gloucester. If travelling into Hereford by train, the number 33 bus from Hereford train station takes you to Much Birch.
