Sleeping up to eight, the accommodation includes two king-size rooms with lake views, a twin, and a bunk room, ensuring a restful stay. We bought Mill Village to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life and provide us with a walking and cycling playground on our doorstep. We rent direct. We don't use agents (who often take 30% of the value of a booking) meaning we can constantly re-invest earnings back into the Cottage. Spa access, new log burner, wood fired hot tub... all the fun things we and our guests want! We make Mill Village completely available to guests whenever we're not using it so you too can enjoy the peace and quiet (and watersports!) to be had within the Cotswold Water Park All guest booking and pre-arrival comms are managed by Rob, the owner. All guests are met by James who owns a property at Lower Mill and is available to help guests with any questions and queries during their stay.

41 Mill Village is set in the exclusive Lower Mill Estate; a 550 acre private nature reserve in the centre of the Cotswold Waterpark. Getting to us Mill Village is 1.5hrs from West London and 15 minutes from the Swindon Junction (15) of the M4. Nearby Kemble train station is only an hour and a half's service to and from London Paddington. A service runs hourly to Paddington during both the week and weekends and Kemble station itself is only 3 miles from Mill Village. Everything on the estate is accessible by foot, bike or watercraft!
