Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl and Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Property information

Located on Eastbourne's attractive seafront, with stunning views over the iconic pier, this two bedroom flat is ideal for a seaside break for families or friends. Pier Reflections has one kingsize bedroom, and a single bedroom with an extra trundle bed that can be set up - sleeping up to four in total. This stylishly renovated apartment is set on the raised ground floor, so only has a few steps to navigate. The lounge is set at the front of the property, with a dining table strategically placed in the big bay window so guests can make the most of the beach views. If you can tear your eyes away from the windows, you've a smart TV to relax in front of. A small kitchen is well equipped for self catering holidays, with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, compact microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. A handy desk is situated in the second bedroom, which folds to make space for an additional bed when four people are staying. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. WiFi, linen and regular towels are provided (pack your beach towels). Parking is on street with permits (ask us for details / price).

Eastbourne pier and beach are just a hop over the road, and you have an Italian ice cream parlour moments away, plus a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Eastbourne is a popular seaside tourist town with four theatres, a multiscreen cinema and an art gallery. The town centre includes the newly renovated Beacon shopping centre for mainstream shops, plus the Enterprise centre for more quirky, independent boutiques. It is a great spot to enjoy the great walking and cycling of the South Downs or to explore the wider south coast.
